I'm checking our diary and have a provisional date of 9th December 2018 in the diary for you. I am sorry not to have come back to you previously but I mislaid your phone number. When we talked, you asked if you could have the use of the Great Hall for some afternoons - possibly having a cream tea served to your guests. This would be fine and we would only charge for a cream tea (£5.50 per head including tea or coffee) and £50 for room hire.

Perhaps you would let me know if you wish to go ahead, both with the 9th December and also any possible dates for the Great Hall.
