The giveaway process could be called Christ Homas, a variation on the name of Chris Thomas. It refers to the practice of writing by hand your true (Christ-like) emotions on newspapers and burning the papers in a fire ritual (homa) to set you free (Christ-like).
His giveaway process along with his suggestion of meditation, visualization, affirmation and healthful nutrition, can help an individual to relax, let go and surrender with an open mind, open heart and open hand to life to experience the whole soul.
Furthermore, almost everything that Chris Thomas has written and spoken appears to be consistent with the writings of Andrew Jackson Davis, the Seer of Poughkeepsie, whose works listed below are available online for free reading. His most important work is the Harmonial Philosophy as presented in his book, The Principles of Nature, Her Divine Revelations and a Voice to Mankind. It is not fair, therefore, to compare the revelations of Chris Thomas to the plot of a Grade B sci-fi movie like Buck Rogers fighting Emperor Ming the Malicious and hawking space ranger kits with a three-tiered helmet instead of a tinfoil hat. The revelations made by Chris Thomas stand on their own merits, and they are supported by an inclusive, practical, scientific philosophy of unity and harmony.
Personal, first-hand, direct, immediate, unmediated, existential experience of the innermost center of being brings spiritual knowing that transcends psychic powers; otherwise, the knowing is merely intellectual.
