Inspired by the teachings of the Enlightened western Master of Yoga, Dr. George King and having experienced a partial rise of kundalini herself, Alyson Lawrence explains clearly in this lecture that by understanding these important concepts and working with them we can learn to control our karma and consciously control the power of kundalini so we can steadily climb the ladder of evolution towards Enlightenment and beyond.

As we evolve towards Enlightenment we will learn to control our inner natures which will bring about control of nature outside of ourselves. We will be moving ever closer to the Source from whence we came and a natural expansion of consciousness will result. As a side-effect of this we will experience greater peace, greater mental and psychic abilities will manifest and more importantly we will be better able to serve the Whole.

In this lecture you will hear what some of the essential steps are to help bring this state about within yourself. You will also hear a beautiful description of the elevated state of Cosmic Consciousness which the Master of Yoga, Dr. George King experienced. There will be questions and answers at the end and references for further study. Cosmic Consciousness is the state that Paramhansa Yogananda beautifully described in his brilliant book 'Autobiography of a Yogi'.
