The month begins with an incredibly powerful New Moon in Scorpio. This angles challengingly to the North Node, the Point of Destiny in Aries.
Striking the right balance between where we are most invested, devoted or even ensnared by what we want as individuals is the key.
With the two rulers of Scorpio having a powerful face-off until the 13th but exactly on the 3rd, will also require care. The lust for power that for some people can be very strong indeed, so we need to be mindful of our motives but also those of others, is essential.
Our willpower can be super strong and with Mercury moving to join Venus in Sagittarius our desire for higher truths activated. However, both these planets are snagged by Saturn and Neptune in turn this month, so old issues can have a tendency to come to the surface.
Mercury does enter its Pre Retrograde Shadow, however, on the 7th.
Mars does move into Leo on the 4th, where he will be to the 6th January, 2025. Mars IS enabled in a more positive way here, but remains broadly opposite to Pluto all month, with the latter returning for his 3rd visit to Aquarius on the 19th.
The 11th sees Venus escape the dreamy vibe of Neptune, and move into earthy Capricorn.
At work, relating skills are emphasized.
The 15th is a key day. Saturn goes direct after a 5 month Retrograde, and we have a Full Moon in Taurus, connected to the restless energies of Uranus. The following two weeks can see financial turbulence but also impulsive spending decisions.
The Sun's arrival in Sagittarius on the 21st sees and exquisite link to Pluto, but Mercury in Sagittarius goes Retrograde on the 26th.
Thus this is a month when people's passions can be fervently aroused and not just in the USA for the Presidential Election. The chances of explosive developments on the world stage are very high but conflict is possible in everyone's lives as people struggle to contain their emotions. Speaking truth to power is the key.
