The Libra Solar Eclipse at the start of the month gives us all a glorious opportunity to reset our relationships, however, with Mercury in the mix, sharpening up our listening skills is going to be a major part of the equation. 

And yet, stern Saturn sits in a Quincunx to this powerful lunation, and old issues, deep seated emotional patterns and previous unhappy relationships, may need to be fully released to embrace this opportunity.

Interestingly, the planet of relating, and Libra's ruler Venus is in detriment, in Scorpio for the first two weeks and clashes with Uranus, mid-month. This could bring any tensions into the open or set up some unexpected and potentially exciting connections.

With Mercury and the Sun diving deep in Scorpio and clashing with Pluto, the sign's modern ruler, issues of control, possession and manipulation can be highlighted.

Indeed, for freedom lovers, Venus's Sagittarius home for the second part of the month and tense right angle with Saturn late on, along with Mars' clash with Pluto the last week can see some very powerful arguments, disagreements and power battles.
