There is spirituality in kindness,
Feel your spirit touch the world,
Peace and loving kindness,
Breathe light into the world,
There is spirituality in caring,
Feel your heart touch the world,
Consideration for other souls,
Move with care, you touch their lives,
There is spirituality in honesty,
How can we share without the truth?
Honest dealings with all others,
Creates honesty in turn,
There is spirituality in compassion,
Be careful where you tread,
Someone else’s misfortunes,
Could one day be yours instead,
Interactions, make them positive, make what you do count,

Be the light you want to see in the world,
Shine your bright light everywhere,
Connect to others, and share what you know, and share what you can give,
Be inspired and uplifted, and be you,
Be truthful to others, and to yourself be true,
Remember positive energy can heal,
Do something kind today, be compassionate, be real,
Let the positive and healing energy from the universe flow through you,
Bringing inner peace and contentment, and a sense of knowing what you need to do,
Feel more connected to the world, your part in the universe and to your higher self,
Be more connected to other people, and more connected to nature,
We are one with the universe and the universe is within everyone,
Peace and Happiness to all.
